Technical Project Manager SCRUM Master

Job Description with Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as Technical Workstream PM in T4i Big Bets Initiative: Connecting people to experts [recruitment side and candidate side]
• Partner with Product Manager, Development Manager, and COE Lead on all project activities
• Partner as needed with Dev Manager to lead scrum activities
• Coordinate with E2E PMO in cross functional capacity
• Deliver project plan for technical workstream supporting Intuit Academy as well as career growth
• Provide Status Updates on key milestones, raise risks
• Mentoring and coaching Agile practices to the team for fast paced complex workenvironments
• Work closely with Product Owner and team for creating and refining Product and sprint backlogs.
• Coaching various different functional roles and best practices during Agile transformation and implementing best engineering practices and continuous improvements.
• Refining product backlog and defining the product roadmap
• Work closely with Product and Delivery managers on release planning and scheduling.
• Create scrum artifacts – Definition of Ready & Done, burn up and down charts
• Identification, resolution and removal of impediments during the sprint cycle
• Continuously learnt Agile/Scrum techniques and shared findings with the team.
• Engaged with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Collaborated with other scrum teams on solutions to similar issues and improvements in Scrum of Scrums meeting.

• Strong Technical Project Management experience, with 5-10 years of experience leading multiple technical projects, working with
  cross functional teams of technical, product and operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with
  various development methodology (Agile and Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban Rapid Prototyping, Design for Delight/Customer Driven Innovation, etc)
• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft TFS, JIRA and HP ALM.
• Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
• Experience includes facilitating sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, team requirements facilitation, and sprint review & retrospective meetings.
• Extensive experience in supporting successful agile transformations, introducing agile and scrum concepts to teams, and mentoring early adopters.
• Well-versed with Functional testing, Database testing, Agile testing, Usability testing, Integration testing, End to End testing, CRM Testing.
• Experience in successfully leading and handling Scrum teams with 8-10 team members and multiple projects simultaneously
