Annual salary beginning at $50,000 annually.Human Resource Benefits:exciting work environment with opportunities for professional development and career growth comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, employer-paid life insurance, voluntary worksite benefits, 401K safe harbor matching, holiday pay and PTO.Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pmHuman Resource Job Description:- Ensure Company compliance with federal, state and local labor and employment laws in all human resources-related practices - Process and monitor company payroll, including salary and hourly employees - Create and manage all job postings for the Company - Coordinate the interviewing and filtering of all job candidates - Process new hire applications and manage onboarding process including all assessments and reference checks in accordance with Company policy - Develop, implement and oversee new employee orientation programs & training plans - Maintain accurate records of all personnel transactions (e.g. hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations) - Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts - Identify, implement and manage company-sponsored and voluntary employee benefits programs, including but not limited to: health, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, employee assistance and other benefits. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors utilized in the delivery of these services. - Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures, prepare and maintain Employee Handbook - Collaborate with HSE manager to monitor safety compliance and identify safety issuesTravel Occasional travel is expected to interact with employees across Company locations.Human Resource Required ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience5 years of office experience, with an understanding in AP, AR, HR, and Payroll - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite CompetenciesA fantastic attitudeEthical conductImpressive organizational skillsCommunication proficiencyStrategic thinkingDemonstrated leadership experienceClick to apply online.
