Administrative Assistant II Position Overview This person contributes to Outerwall’s success by providing full administrative support to our Customer Services Leadership team. Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative support to the department, including travel planning, scheduling, filing, distribution of mail, and organizing special projects
Organize and maintain departmental records
Screen, direct, and respond to incoming calls and inquiries
Prepare (develop content, format, proo, and edit) a variety of documents using word processing, power point, and spreadsheet software
Interact with internal and external contacts using discretion and initiative
Coordinate cross-departmental information flow
Research background material and collect data as requested for special projects
Reports to Vice President Customer Support
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years administrative experience supporting Director / VP levels in large department
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced PC skills, particularly with word processing, spreadsheets, and database software (2-4 years)
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated attention to detail; proof reading reports & presentations
Strong multi-tasking skills; supporting multiple people/department needs
Strong team player and self starter
Computer Skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and some Powerpoint helpful
