Payroll/HR Manager:

Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data from time records. Balancing and reconciling payroll data for biweekly payrolls.

Handles Wage Deductions and Income Withholding Orders

Responds to Employment/Income Verification Requests

Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.

Handles Benefit Administration to include requesting quotes, coordinating annual open enrollment as well as monthly enrollment and termination of benefits as required.

Coordinates information and responses to Unemployment Claims.

Maintains confidential employee files.
