DescriptionOperations Manager 3 – Supply Chain – Reverse Logistics – BA required – 5 yrs. Experience .One year Contract to start – Fortune 500 CompanyBenefits available after 40 hours completed.The position ensures the best in class execution for Client’s Reverse Logistics Operations (Fulfillment, Quality, Returns Management and Business Coordination). Our candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and daily management of the Reverse Logistics Operations. This role will maintain relationships across all Logistics functions and other client’s business units to ensure that inbound and outbound transfers/shipments are processed within the documented KPI’s. They will also actively manage the Reverse Logistics Operations for Client’s and identify areas for performance improvements. Problems and issues faced are vague, and require reasoning of broader set of issues and variables to identify root cause within job area. This role will provide customer support to various internal and external customers. This role will actively perform operations system transactions in SAP. Application of in-depth, advanced knowledge and skills in warehousing, 3PL management, and Industry trends, with the keen understanding of external environment factors that may disrupt/change reverse logistics activities.Common Essentials/Duties and Responsibilities: Must have track record and ability to maintain positive team dynamics Manage 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activity Generate and provide key insight into Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI and Forecasting reports Track and trace transfer shipments daily and proactively to avoid any delays Coordinate with Internal Customers, 3PL’s and/or Vendors to ensure issues are resolved immediately Support business units on urgent shipments and new-launch models by establishing capacities and lead-times, closely monitoring each event milestone Provide analysis and reporting through data process and maintenance (Productivity, KPI, Capacity and Returns management) Oversee end-to-end order life cycle to ensure flawless execution and delivery of client’s product Lead, Direct and Coordinate applicable activities to provide effective logistics services and achieve deliveries within the KPI targetCONTACT lisa.gaspar@roberthalf.comRequirementsBackground/Experience: Minimum 5+ years of High-Tech supply chain and/or logistics experience Bachelor’s Degree Required Prior experience in warehouse operations required Knowledge and experience in Reverse Logistics and Industry a plus Managed 3PL relationships at a strategic level for 5+ years Experience in a high-volume, automated operation, including development, selection and installation of automation Managed 3PL relationships at a strategic level for 5+ years.CONTACT lisa.gaspar@roberthalf.comAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
