Kelly Services has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Fixed Asset Specialist with our client in Tomball, TX.This position will support this global business in asset utilization, systems support/cleansing, and assist Operations in effective deployment of Company assets.Work M-F 8am-5pmPay $28/hr.Essential Responsibilities: Lead the utilization of assets exercise, to implement effective, efficient use of Company assets, monitoring activity Lead SAP clean up on Operational Equipment Register and Fixed Asset Register ensuring 1 on 1 alignment Coordinate and maintain operational record of annual asset physical counts, ensuring districts remain compliant with policy Coordinate kick off of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Training for District Operational Staff to effect utilization of Equipment Register to track, and support data recording Prepare monthly management reporting packs including detailed asset utilization for PP Leadership within a strict reporting timetable, to ensure districts achieve Global KPI’s Coordinate organizational structural changes in SAP relative to Pressure Pumping fixed assets Proactively highlight and implement innovative profit and cost saving opportunities to influence the business decision making Ensure effective operation of the internal control structures and adherence to Baker Hughes finance policies and legislation at all times, relative to fixed assets from operational perspective Co-own all Pressure Pumping District Location Audit Reports relative to Assets & ensure that remediation is adequate to close all audit points, and ensure that they are non- repeating, being consistent with Pressure Pumping Product Line requirements Maintain daily observance of HS&E culture Handle special projects, as assignedQualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma /GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing) 3+ years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution Highly skilled in SAP Material Applications Excellent communication skills Strong analytical skills Ability to interact with all levels of management Advanced software skills: Microsoft Office, SAP Materials Management Module Integrity, initiative, team player with very good coordination, and organizationDesired Characteristics: Exposure to International operations Advance data analysis experience – especially with ExcelApply directly to this posting or submit your resume to aprb316@kellyservices.comWhy Kelly ® ?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
