Job Description: Bring the latest knowledge and creative graphic design skills that will inspire creative excellence across our North American Commercial Risk, Health, and Wealth Solutions offerings. This position will require strong conceptual design skills, creative passion and the ability to translate strategy into unique and effective creative solutions.We are seeking an experienced designer to join our creative team. Operating like an agency, but within the stability of a global 1000 firm, we are seeking a designer to take the lead on producing deliverables that help the firm win new business and retain clients. We are a fast-paced team that works closely with our account and sales teams to create visual messaging that tells the Aon story.

Responsibilities • Demonstrate strong layout and design skills, acute attention to detail, accuracy, creativity and self-motivation • Work closely with creative manager to track the needs of clients • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results • Prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met, quality is consistent and adhere to brand guidelines • Acts independently and with creative team to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments • Represent Aon's brand strategy internally in order to persuade and influence others. • Develop flexible processes and tools to support different levels of creative needs in a fast-paced, budget-conscious environment • Collaborate with account teams to deliver innovative visually stunning results across the spectrum of media (print, and digital)

Skills/Experience: • Understanding the client's business, creating and justifying creative vision based on upon strategy • Demonstrate ability using research insights and trends to continuously find design inspiration and bring creative concepts to life through innovative presentation tools • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams on multiple projects. • Demonstrate ability to prioritize projects, keep commitments, and consistently deliver highly effective creative • Self-initiative and desire for continuing professional growth along with the acquisition of new skills and expertise to meet the challenges of a competitive marketplace • Ability to articulate and follow Aon policies, procedures, and best practices • Demonstrate success aligning creative strategies with client needs, budgets, and goals • Ability to identify and articulate what is missing when comparing a creative deliverable with the creative brief • Demonstrate success translating a value proposition into a powerful, memorable, and effective consumer experience • Positive and inclusive attitude

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., graphic design, advertising design) strongly preferred • 3+ years of experience preferred, or the ability to demonstrate the equivalent capabilities is required • Strong creative portfolio that shows a wide variety of media, techniques, and experience • with animation (motion graphics) and interactive design experience a plus • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft office applications + focused on new, innovative offerings • Communicate clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner with internal clients to determine project parameters and present ideas • Collaborate with remote/off-site Aon colleagues to meet goals and create deliverables
