This dedicated individual is responsible for various standard and AdHoc financial analysis as well as assisting in strategic planning and annual operating plan preparation. They assess results and progress, then communicate this information by presenting monthly management review presentations. Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and presentations.

Evaluate monthly the topics and focus of the presentations, proposing additional or different metrics/analyses to communicate the current financial/operational results to management.

Assist the Business Analyst, providing complete financial support (including business case preparation, operational analysis, and full P&L review & analysis) for three business units

Develop various financial models as needed.

AdHoc analysis to support miscellaneous projects as they arise.

Other duties as assigned by company management.

Required Skills

Minimum Education:

BA Degree in finance, accounting or related field.

Excellent analytical skills, financial modeling, P&L analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and strategic planning.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.

Must be tech-savvy with strong emphasis on Excel & Power Point, Hyperion (Essbase & Planning) or similar tool such as Outlooksoft or Business Objects.

Familiarity with SQL and SSRS is preferred.

Required Experience

Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years in financial analysis role or related function.
