WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Cloud Technical Product Analyst wears many hats. You work with our cloud engineering teams providing input and analysis in product/project management. You have a customer focused mindset and partner with internal application teams, our customers, to assist in their onboarding to cloud opinionated platform. You are well versed in Agile principles and facilitation and provide scrum master support. As part of the Cloud Tech Analyst team, you also facilitate cross collaborative learning/hands on dojos as a dojo scrum master and/or support a cloud engineering team as their scrum master. You are responsible for documentation from confluence to Jira stories, to process flows and diagrams. You also analyze business and technical processes by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. In addition, you will work to streamline processes within the Product Management team and cloud enablement for the application teams we support. Building no-code automations using the Microsoft power platform. You have an eye for process improvements.
  • THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

    Principal Expectations:
    • Facilitating meetings for timeboxed cross collaboration sprints between cloud engineering and application teams (dojos).
    • build and expand our existing onboarding documentation in confluence.
    • Ensure quality artifacts such as detailed meeting minutes, process flows, diagrams, and wireframes to communicate interface with our team and clients.
    • Assist in the development and subsequent on-going management of processes and tools to automate and streamline program routines such as roadmaps, process flow, and fact/metric-based status reporting.
    • Create quality work products in the form of roadmaps, project plans, and documentation targeted to specific audiences
    • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Mandatory Skills:
    • 2+ years industry experience within technology domain in one or more of the following: product/project management, product development, technical analyst, system analyst or agile product owner.
    • Working knowledge of Atlassian products, including JIRA, JQL, and Wiki
    • Highly skilled with Microsoft office suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
    • Experience with Microsoft the O365 suite including Forms and SharePoint
    • Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to broker agreements among diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
    • Must be self-motivated with a desire and drive to continuously learn and grow as a professional and as an individual
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple projects
