Senior Project Manager - Remote

Job Description

• Evaluating and Building out a company-wide Project Management System
• Project Managing Physical Product creation through the lifecycle
• Project Managing IT Projects
• Project Managing Data IntelligenceProjects
• Track progress and roadblocks within projects and across the company
• Chartering new projects with proper team members and appropriate slack
• Reporting to Management on project status on a weekly basis
• Working across a multitude of teams on projects that intersectthe teams

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as a project manager including both technical and non-technical projects with timelines up to a year
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills, especially technical reports
• Strong interpersonal skills and affinity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of PMI concepts and project structures - even if not certified
• Experience managing and juggling changing prioritiesof a dozen or more concurrent projects
• 2-3 years working in e-commerce
• Supplement experience or CPG experience

• PMI PMP Certification
• Six Sigma or other Certifications
• Demonstrated ability to lead PMO
• 3+ years working as an e-Commerce Project Manager or in a similar position
• Previous experience working in a direct response environment
• A minimum of 1 product launch
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, including Word & Excel as well as Google Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Full-time

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00

This role reports directly to the COO.
