IT Service Delivery Regional Lead - Central (6222)Location:Seguin, TX (0213)Relocation Assistance:NoPosition OverviewCMC is currently seeking a Service Delivery Regional Lead who will provide IT support at CMC locations across all lines of business. The Service Delivery Regional Lead interfaces with other various IT groups to ensure IT is providing the highest quality of service and the company is leveraging technology to achieve a competitive advantage in the marketplace. This individual manages a team located in different locations across Texas and Oklahoma.This position interfaces with CMC site leadership to ensure technology issues are handled promptly and effectively. The Regional Lead builds communication channels between IT support personnel and the customer to create a collaborative working relationship.In addition to a strategic relationship with CMC sites, this position will function as a point-of-contact for problem identification and resolution of complex issues that have been escalated by the Service Delivery Team. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting existing solutions, ensuring quality, helping to define future state technical capabilities, and providing IT services to internal and external customers.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manages all aspects of Service Delivery and team members to ensure customer sites are operational Ensures quality and consistency with the IT Ticketing System – Cherwell Provides Asset Management through Cherwell Assists other IT teams (Active Directory, Exchange, Server, Storage, Networking, etc.) to ensure customer requests are being met in a timely manner Partners with other IT teams to ensure a coordinated effort with new technology roll outs, upgrades, or changes Acts as an escalation point for issues to ensure they are responded to and resolved promptly Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots all computer hardware and software Ensures adherence to IT policies and procedures Composes and maintains technical specifications and documentation Responsible for site-specific IT project management Supports the business processes, data, analytics, and software applications for the manufacturing system environment Performs other duties as assigned Works in all types of weather and environment (Office, Mill, Rebar, Recycling yards – air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned environments) Keep manager informed and escalate issues when needed Able to lift 45 pounds Available for on-call hours Available for travel, 15% of the timeExperience and Skill RequirementsKnowledge of Various IT areas including: PC Support Application Support (Manufacturing systems preferred) Telecomm – iPhone, Lync, Polycom, Cisco Networking protocols – TPC / IP, VPNs, Access Control lists, Routing, bridging, etc. IT Ticketing Systems Desktop Applications Wireless Networking Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Server roles - DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange, Active Directory, and Office 2010/2013/2016Skills: Problem solving including root cause analysis and corrective action Ability to plan, prioritize and drive issues, tasks and deliverables from concept to closure Ability to work across different non-technical and technical functional groups Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work in a global, multi-site, and cross functional organization Strong team member and able to contribute in a team environment Excellent time management skillsExperience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Service Delivery or other IT support positionsEducation RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
