The CEnS organization is looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success to help us build a future where customers come to us, not only because we provide industry-leading products and services, and also because we provide a differentiated and connected customer experience that is rooted in our commitment to delivering on customer outcomes.The Global Account Management Delivery Team (GAMD) Business Program Manager is responsible for strategic operational business processes across the GAMD Services organization and supports the Delivery teams in achieving their strategic business goals.This role will deliver key business insights, planning, and analysis needed by senior leadership to achieve strategic initiatives, deliver internal and external communications, and maintain operational rigor for this fast-growing professional services business.The role is built around three primary focus areas: Operational Excellence - Drive execution excellence and improved financial results through disciplined management of our operating mechanisms, ensuring fundamental goals are met or exceeded. You will work to balance short-term execution and longer-term success. Change Management - Partner with appropriate teams to ensure the effective landing and adoption of change to roles, processes, tools and reporting. You will execute the agreed operational change management plan in concert with the other members of the GAMD Operations team.Relationship Management - Maintain relationships with peers inside and outside the team to ensure strong cross-group collaboration and connection within the GAMD team, as well as with other stakeholders.Responsibilities Support the Rhythm of Business execution (internal/external) Quota and Assignments Management (Alignment, execution of changes in tool, questions, escalations, corrections). Following of operational execution of the accounts transfer process end to end. Support Delivery Excellence in Execution Collaborate with leadership to ensure processes effectiveness and efficiencies creation. Support compliance and audit processes. Tracking of GAMD business metrics Landing and follow up of WW processes and changes. Support GAMD Campaigns (sales, readiness, etc.)Qualifications 2-4 years related experience driving and/or landing multicultural motions and programs from the operational perspective. Experience and deep knowledge within Delivery Excellence, Business Planning, Business Operations, and Finance Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome. Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers (required) Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities. Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively. Must be highly analytical, able to understand business metrics, customer and market trends. Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and experience in relevant fields eg: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance. Master's degree beneficial. Change Management Certification PROSCII preferred. English and fluent in additional languages are a plus.The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $83,500 and $125,000.At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
