Financial Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities

from leading small to mid-size financial projects to assisting senior

leadership on larger more financial status view.Primary Responsibilities:

Analyzeand track current expenses within multiple businesses

Researchand assess potential expansion targets or strategies and create financialmodels in the assessment of such strategies

Reviewall documentation produced by target to ensure all information provided is usedin consideration of any transaction. Also work with each target to ensure allrequired information is provided

Shouldbe able to do cost benefit analysis on any new expansions and/ or impactanalysis

Analyzingdata to identify revenue leakages

QVC implementation/Bravo/EWF budgetplanning, expense tracking & reporting

Conductsand ensures full due diligence on each project target by working in conjunctionwith a variety of groups for each area of business expertise

Trackingof and reporting status of each potential financial target project and be ableto work on multiple prospective or active expansions concurrently

Responsiblefor being up to date with revenue sources to ensure the most update to dateanalysis is provided

Createsand maintains relative tracking reports to be utilized in Business Development

Responsiblefor documenting and updating changes to workflow, training plans, policies andprocedures, as directed

Ensuringcontinuous improvement and the implementation of best practices across thedepartment and as it relates to interaction with other departments

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher (Finance & Accounting Preferred)

5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience

3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience in a healthcare setting

3+ years of experience related to transaction review or analysis

Proficiency in MS Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Ability to interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of executive management, leaders in various departments, legal staff, etc.

Ability to work under strict deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments

Excellent oral and written communication skills
