Assistant Practice Manager

BluePearl Veterinary Partners is seeking a dedicated, professional, and passionate Assistant Practice Manager to join our team in our Spring Hospital.

If you answered "yes" to these questions, then we want to hear from you.The Assistant Practice Manager assists the Practice Manager in the daily operational function of the hospital’s operations and assumes managerial responsibility of the hospital’s operations in the Practice Manager’s absence.As an Assistant Practice Manager:

You will mentor, develop and lead a mix of hourly and professional team members to excel and become a successful team focused on patient care.

You will partner and oversee the doctor team, medical team, and client service representatives, guiding them to the next level of development.

You will guide the financial and strategic business development to achieve hospital profitability.

Partners with Talent Acquisition to assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new associates

Partners with Learning & Training to help establish associates are in roles appropriate to their training completed.

You will expertly handle the primary care DVM and patient referral base with a high level of sensitivity

You will develop intra-staff relationships with a command of HR-related issues and state, federal, local legal compliance of relevant employment law.

Experience Preferred:

o Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
