Job Description:

Assemble information regarding all personnel movements and vacancies; incorporate and distribute the Weekly Vacancy Brief. Validate theater rotations as they are incorporated into the Global Support Center (GSC), a gov’t system, to include travel itinerary information as well as track all levels of government approval. Track when backfill requests are Contracting Officer Representative (COR) approved by the government.

Assist the DPM in the recruiting process with updating the recruiting tracker and facilitating the recruiting meetings as needed for back up, as well as search for and provide resumes for potential candidates for hard-to-fill positions. Vetted resumes during the labor qualification process to ensure they meet the requirements for labor category, skill level, IAT level certification, and at times special skills which require additional certifications, as well as ensure potential candidates meet the special requirements in order to apply for Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) in Europe. Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects and highlights areas of improvement.

Responsible for the compilation of all Regional slides for submission to the master IPR slide deck. Also responsible for computing billet counts utilizing the GSC Billet Roster, forecasting the number of Authorized, On Hand, Vacant, and Deployed billets on contract as of the IPR date by Region and System, as well as the number of billets by funding type

Utilizes complex modeling and measuring techniques. Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis.

Conducts functional testing of various projects or systems.

Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion.

Develops new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs.

Writes and updates project documentation including procedures, presentations, and training materials.

Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.

Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
