In this position, you will be providing tier one support to employees across the campuses. This will consist of phone support and face to face support. You should have experience managing and using a ticketing system, including escalating when needed. You will be working with Active Directory, Passwords, Windows Desktops, VPNs, WiFi, Printers and more. Required Skills & Experience
- At least 1+ year working with a ticketing system
- At least 1+ year with Windows Desktops
- Printers
- Password resets
- Extensive troubleshooting
- Problem solving
- Understanding of VMware, Active Directory, Office 365 , etc.
