You will work with product managers to guide product decisions through research, and develop visual design, user flows and wireframes for iterative feedback from clients and developers. Job Duties
  • Responsible for a wide range of complex and broad design initiatives across a product or feature set.
  • Works closely with product managers to gather information, analyze user interaction, determine and refine features and priorities and drive product designs from ideation to implementation based on an understanding of the end user needs.
  • Partners with the implementation team to deliver a polished final product and thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Guide product decisions through user research, customer development, and iterative feedback loops
  • Creates process flows, site maps, high fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
  • Designs elegant solutions to complex workflows, articulates ideas through navigation and workflow models, mockups, wireframes, static and functional prototypes, discussion and usability testing.
  • Produces accurate design specifications, present design to project team for review.
Job Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or greater in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or 5-8 years equivalent professional experience
  • A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required. Particular experience required for large enterprise corporations with a mixture of B2B and B2C solutions
  • Expert understanding of principles of interface design, use of interactive technologies and user-centered design methods and best practices
  • Strong presentation skills, interpersonal, analytical skills and ability to present design work
  • Ability to work with highly technical teams and manage multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with usability testing and interpretation of results
  • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design
  • Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as InVision, Zeplin, Ensemble, Sketch
  • Strong understanding of principles of interface design and use of interactive technologies
  • Proven experience developing innovative and creative solutions to complex problems
