An American energy company in Allentown PA, recognized as one of the largest utility companies in the United States is seeking a Product Analyst for their Agile Team. This company is committed to addressing the challenges of climate change while driving innovation that will enable them to achieve net-zero carbon emissions. They work to maintain energy reliability and affordability for their customers and communities. They are allowing you to work fully remote and this role is 6-months contract to hire. As the Product Analyst, you will be a member of the Agile Team for defining Stories and prioritizing the team backlog. As you take on these responsibilities, they will streamline the execution of program priorities and maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/components for the team. This is a dynamic role, supporting the Product Manager/Lead Product Analyst both in product analysis and backlog execution. You will take on the product vision and roadmap, and how it translates to user stories Work with various SME's will be done to flush out business processes/logic, impact assessment, and feature breakdown. Required Skills & Experience

  • Design thinking and knowing how to leverage that output to shape a product and customer experience
  • Experience building/releasing MVP and managing on-time releases
  • Ability to balance needs of customers and stakeholders
  • Experience in energy industry is a plus!
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Some Product Analyst experience
  • Familiar with latest technologies, trends, standards, and products
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external agile teams
