RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) in King of Prussia, PA.Summary:As a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will work with web-based software development technologies, ranging across all tiers of the application from front-end to database. This position will be working on a distributed team working on the client's platform and performing programming tasks to support fulfillment of various digital products. The position also requires the ability to perform system level analysis and design, provide leadership and mentor other developers. Activities include designing, developing, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining software applications.Duties: Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, test, integration, and deployment of responsive web and mobile applications Continually improve reliability, testability, and scalability of the existing application Apply best practices for writing clean, secure, readable, scalable code As a Lead Software Engineer, you will support QA Engineers to ensure system quality, functionality, and performance Troubleshooting issues across all application tiersREQUIREMENTS: 8+ years of web development experience Experience with the following front-end technologies: Angular 2+, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap CSS Experience with the following back-end technologies: NodeJS, npm, Express, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, ActiveMQ Experience with Relational (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs Experience working in Microservice Architectures Experience with AWS Services such as API GW, Lambda, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, S3 Solid Object Oriented design and development skills Experience with version control, such as Git Ability to work both individually and in Agile teams Willingness to adapt and evolve to technology changesDesired Experience and Skills: Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science or equivalent Good communication and interpersonal skills Desire to mentor developers on the team/team playerKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
