Dispatcher/VSF Attendant (Killeen)

Job Description

Locally owned towing company located in south Killeen seeking a dependable, detail-oriented person for dispatcher/VSF employee.

Duties include:

Answering calls from customers, law enforcement, and motor clubs. Documenting location, vehicle information and other information accurately into the tow software to dispatch most appropriate unit for task.

Releasing impound vehicles to proper persons, while following TDLR Protocol.

Maintain all impound records and certified notifications with accuracy.

Preparing paperwork for auctioning vehicles.

Requirements:

Must have or be able to obtain a VSF Employee License from TDLR. In order to obtain this, you must be able to pass a basic background check.

Friendly and professional attitude in person and over the phone.

Basic computer literacy, multi-line phone system.

Experience preferred but will train on all software and procedures.

Job Details:

Monday-Friday 8-5, some weekends and holiday are required.

One hour for lunch.

Pay based on experience, discussed at interview.
