The Emergency Department nurse manager will be joining a reputable facility, providing leadership and support to its Emergency Department. With a Day and night opening the Emergency Department Nurse Manager responsible for:

• The management of multiple defined areas of nursing service involved within Emergency services at the healthcare system. They will allocate resources to promote efficient, safe and high quality care based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice.
• Develops operational and capital budgets yearly.
• Identifies areas of growth and expansion for department of oversight with subsequentfollow through.

• Participates in the departmental and unit based improvement process on a routine basisand other task force / committees as designated.
