Work Hours/Shift:Full Time3 rd ShiftSunday - Thursday11:00pm – 7:30amYou Will Be Responsible For:

Installs, tests, maintains and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed

Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external trades

Monitors repair of mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed

Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements

Provide safety training opportunities for Maintenance team

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules

Performs other duties as assigned

QualificationsWhat You Will Need:

Ability to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner

Ability to interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions

Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies

Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner

Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office :

High School Education or equivalent Required

Two years of technical experience Required

Valid Driver’s License Required

Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience preferred

Three years of technical experience preferred

Job Summary:Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. Inspects and tests equipment.
