Company & Group Details of L2 Support Technician: •The Support Technician is part of collaborative team that is responsible for all endpoint devices and the applications they run for the home office, regional offices, distribution centers, and store locations worldwide. The position will aid in the support of ever-evolving store systems and ensure quality and uptime for 900 locations worldwide. Responsibilities of L2 Support Technician:
- Work on a daily basis with our stores around the world to provide second tier support and escalation paths for their technical difficulties.
- Support a Linux based Point of Sale Operating System, Android and iOS mobile devices, and a global fleet of Xerox Printers.
- Support New Store installations
- Partnering with our tier one support team to provide them with training, and knowledge base documents.
- Work together with global vendors to provide consistent, high quality support for our stores.
- Assist with store IT focused projects and rollouts.
- 4 Year degree in an IT related field preferred
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fact paced environment.
- Effective verbal, telephone, written and interpersonal communication skills. ?
- Strong personal time management skills?
- Excellent Technical and Analytical skills?
- Technical Services experience in Retail environment a plus
- Ability to relate to diverse age and demographic backgrounds. ?
