A global financial company is growing out their Network Infrastructure team and looking to hire a Network Engineer to manage their global network and work on some major projects. You will be joining a 10 person global team as a Mid-Level Engineer and managing a mixed Network. You will be working with multiple vendors including Cisco, Fortinet, and more. You will be configuring routers switches, managing firewalls, and managing Load Balancers. This is a Cloud environment where you will be working heavily within Azure. This is a heavy project based role and when the New Year hits you will be decommissioning end of life network hardware, upgrading network devices, and implementing new technologies. You will also be working alongside the Senior Engineers on creating network designs for the environment. They are also in the process of implementing Network Automation so you will get hands on experience with Kubernetes and other automation technologies. This is a fast paced environment so they need someone who is up for the challenge. Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 Years' Network Experience
- Routing & Switching Experience
- Firewall Experience, Fortinet
- F5 Load Balancing Experience
- Network Project Work, Upgrades, Migrations, Implementations
- SDWAN or SDN Exposure
- Azure Cloud Experience
- Kubernetes or Network Automation Exposure
- VMware Exposure
- 70% Fortinet
- 30% Cisco
- 50% Day to Day Engineering
- 40% Project Work
