Job Description A B2B startup based in San Diego that is creating a Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple products is looking a Lead Product Designer to help build out a robust Design System. They provided their enterprise clients Apple Device Management solutions to help modernize their business. The role will be working on maintaining and expanding their complex design system while teaming up with the engineering team to set documentation guidelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating visual style, typography, iconography, motion and interaction models across web applications. This role is 100% remote with the ability to work PST hours. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience working on design systems
- Strong experience working across web applications
- Experience working directly with engineering and research teams
- Strong experience working with Figma
- Knowledgeable in platform specifies interface patterns and behaviors
- Strong leadership and initiative skills
- Natural ability to build strong relationships with various teams
- Passionate about design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual and designs system work
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-computer Interaction
