This position could support working from home part time as part of a hybrid work environment. Candidates must be in our local market to be able to report on-site when needed.We are seeking Systems Engineers to join our growing Systems Engineering, Integration & Test and Flight Operations (SEITO) Division. Our systems engineers support all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and may serve in a variety of roles to support System Design, Product Realization, and Technical Management, using the NASA Systems Engineering Handbook as a guide. We look at all facets of a System (or System of Systems) to include people, process, and product.

Your Qualifications:We are looking for Senior Engineer candidates (experience 10+ years) that possess the following experience and/or attributes:
  • Operations problem solving experience (scheduling experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of current systems engineering methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • “Big Picture” thinking
  • You have ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and maintain multiple demands
  • You have ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships
Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering, or another technically related field and a minimum of 10 years of Systems Engineering experience.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residence in order to meet ITAR requirements
