TECH SUPPORT / NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR POSITION AVAILABLEWe are a rapidly growing IT service company based in Dallas, TX. We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Network Technician. We provide remote and on-site support for our customers base in the surrounding DFW area.
The desired candidate must have a basic technical background, customer service skills and, most importantly, be able to multitask. The individual must also have the capability to make sound judgment decisions and communicate effectively.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Follow-up communication skills in both writing and over the phone
Maintain steady communication with clients and team members
Ability to document all activities in our ticketing system
Join endpoints to domain
Configuration of user profiles on endpoints
Installation and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems
Modifications of accounts and permissions on Active Directory
Modifications of accounts, resources and permissions on Office 365
Troubleshooting various software, including Microsoft Office applications
Troubleshooting with network issues, firewall configurations, etc.
Working with vendors on behalf of the client
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays for high-priority projectsPay:
To be determined based on knowledge and experience during the in-person interview. Pay will not be discussed during the phone interview.
