- 7+ experience in Java with hands on experience in Analysis, defect Triage, extensive debugging in agile process.
- Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
- Involved in gathering and documenting the requirements that were critical to the business process and using those requirements to design application
- Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
- Good knowledge on Java 8, Microservices, UI – react JS.
- Custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended.
- Must have experience of working across multiple teams
- Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand.
- Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity.
- Deep understanding of Java and JEE technologies, software branching and continuous integration patterns beneficial
- Strong knowledge of software testing practices include development (Junit/TestNG) and test automation (Selenium) frameworks
- Experience working in an Banking environment in particular Payments.
- Experience in a Project Manager role delivering multiple Agile SDLC projects
- Create release notes and involve releases
- Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
