Company & Group Details of Fulfillment Technician: •The Support Technician is part of collaborative team that is responsible for all endpoint devices and the applications they run for the home office. The position will aid in the support and fulfillment of a large hardware upgrade. Responsibilities of Fulfillment Technician:

  • Work on a daily basis with home office associates to replace and set up workstations
  • Unpack, tag assets, provide docking solutions, and properly connect equipment
  • Physically replace and ensure proper connections for workstations
  • Provide detailed notes and tracking, as well as progress updates
  • Assist with other IT projects and rollouts as needed
Requirements for Fulfillment Technician:
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fact paced environment
  • Experience with SCCM and/or Jamf would be ideal
  • Desktop or technical support experience preferred
  • Must possess demonstrated customer focused experience
  • Excellent Technical and Analytical skills?
  • Ability to relate to diverse age and demographic backgrounds
