• 4+-year college degree required; quantitative disciplines preferred
• 3+ years of analytical experience in financial services industry; credit card experience preferred
• 3+ years in open source (Python, R) programming or data engineering
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other relevant descriptive analytics tools
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools

• Strong project management skills, especially gathering requirements, building project timelines, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Have a deep understanding of how business and technology frames, manipulates, and displays data to solve business problems. Basically, the end to end of data lifecycle in a company
• Software development best practices, Python or open-source technology experience, and AWS or other cloud provider experience
• Business requirements drafting and business architecture flows experience
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, in both written and verbal form
