FOR IMMEDIATE DETAILS about this position, contact: KIANA AREVALO at // == We will NOT accept 3rd Party (C2C) Contractors == Position:Construction ManagerJOB REF#:1031130Duration:12+ Months (Contract)Location:Georgetown, KY 40324 (on-site only)Rate:Open/Market Rate (W2) All work will be performed on site, if not local, you must be willing to relocate at your own expenseResponsibilities include: Works with customers for clarification on construction requests and with vendors/contractors for electrical/mechanical equipment's/installments Review Project request, Clarify Scope with Stakeholders. Develop projects scope in preparation for bidding process. Process project Bids, determine best options, recommend approval based on detailed analysis. Manage overall project schedule and budget including management reporting. Prepare project status reports addressing schedule, budget, safety, and current open issues. Monitor contractor performance as to safety, cost and schedule performance tracking. Development of detailed user criteria documentation for project implementation activities. Development of scope of work for the procurement of materials and labor. Review Specifications, Utility Standards, Drawing Reviews, and coordination with customers. Monitor and coordinate architect/engineer site visits and responses to contractor inquiries. Monitor delivery and review of shop drawings and submittals. Coordinate update and review meetings with contractors and consultants to monitor progress on activities. Provide an initial review of vendor and contractor payment applications, validating actual project progress against approved schedule of values. Evaluate, negotiate, and make recommendations regarding proposed change directives & change orders. Oversee the contractor s Quality Control program and ensure Quality Control procedures adhere to the plans.REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of Construction Project Management, having managed multiple projects, valuated at $100K in size Experience with individual project construction types of various scope and size. Technical knowledge of design/building construction engineering and schedule management Experience with budget and safety mgmt Experience preparing and presenting visual PowerPoint presentations Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project).
