We are seeking an IT Field Technician to join our growing Managed IT Services team. As an MSP, we work with a very wide range of technologies, applications, systems, people and work cultures and are able to help our technicians gain valuable skills that otherwise may be off limits in our companies.

The primary responsibilities of the IT Field Technician are:
Assist employees with resolving their day to day issues both remotely and onsite
Installing and configuring workstations, mobile devices and printers
Troubleshooting workstation network, application and printing issues
Work with vendors for application support
Candidate Skills and Requirements:
Professional demeanor and etiquette
Expert knowledge in Windows desktop, Mac, wifi, workstation TCP/IP configuration and printing with a personal commitment to customer satisfaction
Current or past MSP experience is a plus
Hands on experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows 7-Windows 10 desktop software and hardware
Thorough understanding of workstation TCP/IP configuration, DHCP addressing
Extensive experience in learning, installing and supporting a variety of proprietary and industry specific software packages and peripherals such as scanners
Ability to interface effectively with teammates, customers and vendors to provide solutions and solve problems
Obtain ongoing certifications and technical skill building
Background check required as we work with security regulated industries such as municipalities, healthcare entities, banks, etc.
Valid drivers' license with no restrictions
A+, Network+, Microsoft or other technical certifications preferred
