About This OpportunityCustomer Service Representative is a job that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks. They take incoming telephone calls anddisseminate information over the telephone. Customer Service Representatives also make outbound calls to their customers to deliveranswers and follow-up with issues.Responsibilities

Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and resolving inquires.

First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc.

Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

Provide guidance to CSA on complex issues.

Acts as a Topical Expert.

Other duties as asigned.
