concurrent initiatives. Will work
with key stakeholders, clients, and
operation to ensure all key project milestones and timelines are achieved.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Others may beassigned.
Manages multiple concurrent small to medium sizeproject initiatives (e.g., newclient onboarding, acquisitions, divestitures, systemimplementation, optimization/stabilization and internal initiatives) whichsupport the company’s strategic goals
Implements continuous process improvements for projectinitiatives policies, procedures, and processes to align with Conifer’s“best practices”
Implements continuous improvement of communication andsupport provided to internal and external clients during projectinitiatives to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of financialobjectives
Develops skill sets of team members to supportsuccession planning

Forproject initiatives, capital and expense costs are equal to or below thoseincluded in the approved financial model.
SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIESThisposition carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance withguidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisoryresponsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding anddisciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.No. Direct Reports (incl. titles)

Knowledgeablein defining approach and resource requirements for projects,
Knowledgeablein leading teams both as direct reports and in a matrix environment withminimal direction
Projectmanagement experience including directing and leading multiple projectsconcurrently
Knowledgeablein understanding of business process outsourcing
Knowledgeablein and has developed influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
Knowledgeableand experienced in organizational, customer service, interpersonal,facilitation, and time management skills
EDUCATION /EXPERIENCEInclude minimum education, technicaltraining, and/or experience required to perform the job.
Bachelor Degree required (Preference for Business orHealthcare Administration) or equivalentwork experience
PMP (PMI certified project manager) preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in amatrixed environment
Minimum of 5 years experience in revenue cycle operations
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience or 2 years managingresources in a matrixed environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePointand Project
