Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.This role can be remote or near a GoDaddy hub in the U.S.Join our team In this role, you will serve as a member of the Care Strategy & Enablement team and act as a key business partner and advisor for the Sales organization. You will lead a systems overhaul across multiple brands at GoDaddy including its subsidiaries to automate sales compensation processes and tooling. You will use deep analysis to uncover key insights, provide a keen understanding of sales and compensation concepts, make solution recommendations, then track and develop the business requirements for how we unify, automate and simplify compensation management. As an integral part of the Care Strategy & Enablement team, you will drive the business requirements, vision and overall integration around compensation reporting, target setting, automation and tooling. The Principal Product Manager – Sales Compensation works closely with corporate leadership, business analytics, HR, finance and other cross-functional teams such as engineering and Sales teams on all matters regarding sales compensation to align sales behaviors with goals of the company. What you’ll get to do…Working with several cross-functional teams, including partners, analytics, and engineering teams, you will capture requirements and build a road map for how to deliver an automated compensation processes across multiple brands

Develops a road map and documents technical diagrams, sequence and relationship diagrams, epics and stories in requirements repository

Understand requirements for sales compensation reporting and reviews sales incentive plans including inputs and drivers for target setting processes

Drive the execution from vision/strategy to implementation. Including product feedback, QA, bug review and deployment

Document and update sales compensation playbook to support evolving practices

Your experiences should include…5+ years proven experience working in Product Management, Sales Operations, and/or Program/Project Management

Experience with system implementation

Strong relative experience in a product management role (non-managerial)

History of success leading all aspects of a product development lifecycle

Highly driven individual with strong organizational skills. Self-starter who’s comfortable with self-direction

Cross-functional teammate who’s collaborative and proficient with enterprise tooling and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, MS applications, Smartsheet, Miro or similar)

Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information with discretion, and high attention to detail
