Job Description:

• Assigns GEF node in the ITE for the customer to test on
• Tracks and schedules customer use time for testing in the ITE
• Ensures maintenance times are tracked for each GEF node
• Tracks and reports on progress of the GEF Lab configuration
• Maintains project files for these configuration enhancements or new solutions going through the GEF Baselines
• Coordinates with stakeholders to identify, maintain, install, and test capabilities and applications on lab nodes
• Ensures ASI’s and activities are tracked and coordinated with all stakeholders
• Coordinates with the GEEC-C Capacity Manager, to ensure that a GEF node has the capacity before assigning a GEF node to a customer
• Support maintenance and update system baseline and applicable system changes for input into the Enterprise Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB)
• Coordinate with GEEC-C change control boards and provide installation, configuration, engineering, administration, and accreditation documents diagrams for the infrastructure life cycle replacements upgrades, enhancements, and new technology deployments
• Attend all required meetings
• Create/Update deliverables required by contract

Qualifications

Education Preference:

• MA/MS in Information Systems or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 10 or more years of experience in Managing a Stack
• Knowledge Managing a Virtual Infrastructure (IaaS) Environment
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
• Knowledge of BMC Remedy ticketing system
• 8570 certification: IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP)
• Secret DoD Security Clearance
• PMI or ITIL v4 Foundations within 6 months of hire

Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
• Must be a team player and able to work collectively with others
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
