Job Description:

Design virtual storage clusters and physical-to-virtual conversion of servers.

Design the environment for High-Availability and Data Recovery.

Create virtual machine templates, resource pools and assignment of shares.

Assist with development of disaster recovery plans.

Work with Storage Area Networks (SANs), Network Attached Storage (NAS), and Direct Attached Storage (DAS)

Work with both VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization technologies.

Work with Windows Server architecture.

Create virtual machine templates, resource pools and assignment of shares. Assist with development of disaster recovery plans. BS in a technical discipline. MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related disciplines preferred. VMWare management/ administration experience.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this position is mostly telework. Post pandemic this position will be mostly onsite with the option for some telework.

BA/BS and minimum 6 years experience required.

DoD 8140 compliance required.

Experience can be substituted for education.
