Job DescriptionProduction WorkersThe Primary Functions of the Job consist of:

Rod Counter- This job is outside. Talent will be sorting rods according to size and banding them together. Repetitive

Breaking rack- Talent will be using a machine that will break off old couplings and send the rod to another work station

Pin end- Talent will use a machine that will put new couplings on the rods

Black light Inspector- Talent will put a chemical on the rod to check for any flaws in the rods. Rods are then dipped into a sealant and sent for quality and grading. Rods are then painted a
