Our four divisions - Bioscience, Diagnostic, Hospital and Bio Supplies - develop, produce and market innovative medicines, solutions and services in more than 100 countries and regions.Building and expanding our whole blood donor base is critical to becoming a leading supplier of high quality biological materials for biotechnology research, clinical trials, and manufacturing pharmaceutical and diagnostic products. This role specifically is essential to the success of our Grifols Bio Supplies business and would directly support our critical goal to grow whole blood collections.Responsible for crafting strategy to meet donor recruitment, retention and recapture objectives.

Develop donor base management tools including, business intelligence, donor demographics, segmentation, promotion, and educational tools to attract and develop donor base.

Conduct market analysis to inform existing and future strategies and tactics, measure effectiveness of programs. Monitor industry best practices and competitive activity. Build and execute plan to drive recruitment, aligning resources and efforts to deliver a cohesive acquisition plan.

Craft and manage communications to new and existing donor audiences to address needs of specific product demands or needs. Establish database of whole blood donors to track visits and communications to increase frequency and loyalty. Develop individualized communication processes to develop strong relationship with blood donors.

Implement cross-promotional activities with businesses or other community organizations to recruit and retain donors

Manage acquisition budget across regions/centers and programs, with full accountability to report results, deliver programs on budget.

Reports to senior leadership and across the business on the progress of launch, donor recruitment, collections while incorporating feedback into evolving plan and local market support.

Conduct training on tools and new programs in the field as needed.

Liaise with vendors, as required.

Coordinate with cross functional teams and function as extension of Donor Operations Support (Marketing) department.

Partner with peer marketing managers to share best practices and ensure consistency in approach of Grifols plasma recruitment and donor engagement.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEB.S. in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related field required.

Minimum 2 years of related experience. Prior experience in customer acquisition, strategy development, business or marketing planning, and marketing execution preferred. Experience or knowledge of whole blood collection would be helpful, but not required.

Candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, verbal and written communications skills, ability to analyze and prepare data for presentation purposes, and people management skills. Candidate should be highly organized. Candidate should feel comfortable shaping new strategies, collaborating across our teams and with our agency partners, and sharing out insights to support the business.

Collaborates with cross-functional groups on projects to help inform and reach recruitment, retention and recapture targets.

Occupational Demands: Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasionally walks and stands. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations with occasional travel within the United States. Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken and written words and sentences. Interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups.
