Project Manager

Location: Georgetown, KY Description: Title: Project ManagerLocation: Georgetown, KYDuration: Long Term ContractJob Description: 1. Develop project plans for building construction, renovation, or improvements for industrial and commercial buildings.Project plans include initial scope, high-level schedules, budgetary costs, and construction sequence for a variety of project types throughout North America.2. Perform cost analysis of projects currently proposed or recently completed using conceptual designs or engineered drawings.3. Support other Planning group members with similar project cost estimations.4. Continue development of unit costs from current and historical projects and support estimating software development.5. Work collaboratively with all levels including executive managers, technical experts, and construction managers.6. Position is primarily at Georgetown, KY. Occasional travel may be required ( Required Qualifications:Level of Experience:• 5 - 10 years• 10 - 15 years1. Construction and/or engineering firm project management experience.2. Project estimating experience for construction in industrial and/or commercial buildings.3. Technical knowledge of design/building construction engineering and schedule management.4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Additional Desired Qualifications:1. Project Management degree, or equivalent experience and training.2. Experience with estimating software (ProEst, Acubid, etc.).3. General understanding of construction safety programs and requirements.4. Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), plus.5.
