Our client has an immediate need for a

Salesforce Lead Developer, who will be responsible for assisting in the development and ongoing maintenance of applications and ensure the continued delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 5+ years of software development experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience in Apex, LWC, Integrations (Rest, HTTP), Javascript, Salesforce Lightning Design System (UI/UX), Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Experience in design and prototyping tools, such as: Adobe Products, Sketch and/or Figma
  • Experience in Communities/Experience Cloud
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers
  • Experience with the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items
  • Experience with the Salesforce.com APEX data loader and other data loading tools
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs - SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs
  • Experience with front-end engineering
  • Experience with integrating solutions between SFDC and external systems
  • Understanding of the Salesforce classic, Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce sandbox platform development environments
  • Experience in Financial Services / Banking is a plus
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment a plus
  • Appropriate Salesforce Certifications required

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing beautiful and intuitive User Interfaces in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Lightning Components and Web Components
  • Providing guidance on solution requirements, technical design, integration architecture, and solution recommendations
  • Implementing new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, flow triggers and email alerts
  • Implementing change control from development sandboxes to production and across the development lifecycle
  • Prioritizing tasks, manage time effectively and work on projects/activities in parallel
