RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Woonsocket, RI that is seeking an Infrastructure Product Manager.Summary:As an Infrastructure Product Manager, the Infrastructure Product Manager will develop the vision and roadmap to integrate and deliver reliable and sustainable infrastructure solutions in support of large scale agile programs. This role is deeply cross-functional and requires close collaboration with engineering, architecture, IT delivery, business, and operations teams to deliver a truly seamless consumer health experience to market, while simultaneously managing to a budget that achieves business value. The Infrastructure Product Manager will be involved in every aspect of the product discovery and development process.Responsibilities include: Determine and set product goals that align to enterprise strategic goals and program needs, and use those goals to define the roadmap and prioritize product features and stories Collaboratively determine market requirements for current and future products/experiences with research to uncover customer needs and defining the optimal balance between existing infrastructure capabilities and gaps that require innovation to fulfill Act as the voice of the customer and product SME within the system teams, communicating product vision and user stories to the teams to ensure the product features meet our customer's needs Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog by balancing risk, value, learning opportunities and dependencies Monitor key metrics to ensure product performance and quality, as well as identify optimization opportunities Communicate product vision, ongoing risks, scope trade-offs, and timeline impacts to stakeholders to ensure alignment Negotiate the infrastructure portion of the planning budget with the IT delivery lead, and manage the infrastructure deliverables within budget constraintsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing infrastructure Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and agile certifications Experience with tools such as Rally, Rational Team Concert (RTC), Miro, and TrelloKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
