Project Manager

- Oversee all aspects of a public health project, including establishing and tracking project deliverables, invoice tracking, contract management, meeting planning, and reporting on program progress
- Manage contracts for other projects as needed
- Build and maintain partnerships with external partners to facilitate initiative implementation
- Work closely with Communications Manager and other internal staff to create and update communications materials
- Maintain listserv of key contacts and partners
- Researching and secure funding opportunities
- Research and track relevant grant opportunities to support program priorities and provide coordination and strategic planning for the grant writing team
- Lead the grant application process
- Attend meetings, workgroups hearings, and conferences
- Other duties as required
- Master's Degree in Public Health
- At least 10 years of experience in project management
- Proven ability to independently manage long-term, complex, high profile projects requiring interagency or cross-departmental collaboration
- Community health and community engagement experience
- Experience with grant writing and grant reporting processes and requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Access, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Public speaking skills a plus
