Cobol Programmer

Scope of Services• Clearly communicate and share knowledge other members of the development team.• Collaborate with business managers and field personnel.• Assist the ITD in the formulation of tactical and strategic plans.• Facilitate software development efforts as determined by the project management team.Minimum Qualifications• At least ten (10) years of experience in the full and complete design of multiple softwaresolutions, including at least two (2) years in the court or government sectors.• Technical competencies include:o SQL Server 2016 objects, views, stored procedures, and functionso SSRSo Cobolo ACMSo Decformso Attunity Connecto Attunity Remote Procedure Calls
