If you have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to always think out of the box - take the chance and shape the digital future together with us.YOUR ROLEHenkel Laundry & Home Care is rolling out Integrated Annual Business Planning as part of our continuous improvement across the Commercial Team and Operations functions.This role will have three primary objectives: (1) Lead implementation of Fact-Based Driver Forecast process across Commercial Team and Demand Planning including the integration of Customer Annual Strategic Plans (2) Lead the development of tools & on-going training to enable this transformation and (3) Drive functional development & Commercial Team transition into the Sales & Account Planning area of SPARC with appropriate governance and continuous improvement goals.

Provide input to overall solution and key design decisions from knowledge of industry leading practices in a fully aligned Integrated Business Planning (IBP) environment.

Work across functional leadership to revise role profiles between Commercial Team & Demand Planning.

Partner closely with key business and functional stakeholders to facilitate data flow and tool design discussions

Drive best practice tool analysis and knowledge to support operational sales functions and to monitor, improve and drive business with an eye toward future system changes (SPARC)

Create overall education and training strategy to support the transformation including change management, training material, metrics, and governance. Lead and sustain Fact-Based Driver Forecast education and training program.

Accountable for delivering an aligned demand forecast between Commercial Team and Demand Planning as well as ensure demand risks and opportunities are effectively brought forward as part of S&OP

Collaborate with business, functional, and senior management members to continuously improve the quality of supporting business information, systems, and decision processes, including coaching to enhance individual Commercial Team members’ skills.

Enforces sales support discipline through the monitoring of KPI achievement with growth targets and priorities

YOUR SKILLSBachelor’s degree required with 5-7+ years of experience within multiple functional areas including but not limited to CPG product forecasting, program management, supply chain, business management.

Previous experience building and/or operating IBP or S&OP is required, inclusive of strong content knowledge of best practices and key metrics across sales and supply chain.

Very strong analytical, visualization tool development and process management skills

Excellent collaboration, influencing, PowerPoint presentation and training skills

The salary range for this role is $116,727 – 169,081. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut.
