Volt is immediately hiring a Technical Project Manager for a nationally known high-end retail client in Seattle, Washington.As an experienced Technical Project Manager, you will be expected to:
- Influence engineering processes, standards, automation, and optimization
- Serve as an escalation point for Service Owners within IT and the Business
- Lead Store Systems Problem Management including managing software patches, device updates, and vendor relationships.
- Devise long-term strategy to keep all store technology up to date and secure.
- Mentor, coach, and lead other Engineers and Technicians and serve as a backup.
- Design, Deploy, Document, and Support all store technology that enables selling.
- 5+ years’ experience designing, testing, and deploying solutions into a retail production environment.
- Able to easily communicate with both executives and salespeople.
- Skilled at Mobile Device Management and being able to support merchandising and POS
- Full Time Direct Hire
- Hybrid “work from home” couple days a week to start off with.
