The mission of the Procurement Organization is to increase the competitiveness of LafargeHolcim companies in the US by investing in people, leveraging the size, capitalizing on process and efficiency improvements associated with shared services, and building a world-class procurement organization. We continue to improve procurement efficiencies by implementing best in class processes, systems, and tools. The position will require strong skills in communication, excel, power point, database systems and analytics. Creative thinking and problem solving will also assist in success within the position.Typical assignments might include:
Spend analysis
Support for sourcing activities
Supplier studies
Channel planning
Process optimization
Negotiation strategies
Special projects
Inventory strategies and optimization
Collaboration with Logistics, Finance, Legal and Operations Teams
