Fries Financial Services in Bryan is a full service financial planning firm specializing in retirement. We are looking to hire a Bookkeeper and HR Manager to do the duties outlined below. This position could be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability, skill level and desired hours. You must have accounting knowledge, either from past experience or college classes, and experience with Quickbooks and Cash Flow Statements is a bonus. You must pass a background check.

Duties Include:

Reconcile daily, monthly, yearly all bank accounts.

Update and maintain activity daily in Cashflow Statement and Quickbooks.

Process Accounts Receivable.

Process Accounts Payable.

Make Bank Deposits for all accounts.

Process Payroll Bi-Weekly.

Keep up with Employee records (Vacation, Sick time, W4 info, personal changes).

HR responsibilities (Health Insurance, Dental, Aflac, 401K)for all employees.

Prepare W-2, 1099 Forms Annually.

Process monthly, quarterly, and annual Tax Payments & Reports

Log monthly credit card expenses into Quickbooks and Reconcile.

Collect rent on 10 rental units owned by owner.

Create and maintain folder for tenants.

Update tenant info on Rent Spreadsheet, Quickbooks and Cashflow Statement.

Keep track of all Business Insurance Policies.

Make Travel Arrangements for employees going out of town.

Order office supplies and pick up locally.

Work with vendors over the phone or via email for bookkeeping purposes.
