    • Project Scope: Our client has an immediate need for a Service Reliability Engineer with the following skills and experience: Responsibilities:
    • Implement secure, enterprise-grade Infrastructure-as-Code within a CI/CD pipeline
    • Establish, monitor and improve performance against SLOs for COMPANY products and infrastructure
    • Deploy technology solutions within the monitoring and orchestration platform to increase visibility of potential issues to proactively reduce risk and & maximize the availability of IT infrastructure & services while improving Mean Time to Restore during outages
    • Identify system controls and automated process measures to prevent repeat root causes
    • Ensure solutions are implemented, stored, and utilized in a secure manner that meets COMPANY security and auditing standardsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve external customer and COMPANY infrastructure issues
    • Evangelize and implement an "automation first" mindset
    • Work cross-departmentally on technology and digitization challenges
    • Proactively analyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities
    • Create/update infrastructure documentation to include environment technical diagrams, workbooks, etc.
    • Write/update or review Change Requests, MOPs, and similar documentation
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
    • Seven or more years of combined SWE, SRE, or System Engineering experience
    • Knowledge of REST or SOAP API
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Development experience with Python, JSON, XML, Powershell, JavaScript, PHP, or Go
    • Experience working with Ansible Tower/AWX, Jenkins, and Gitlab
    • Experience with and working knowledge of common operating systems like RedHat Linux/CentOS, Windows Server, VMware hypervisors
    • Experience working in an agile environment as part of a scrum team
    • Prior experience developing and integrating software products
