- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Prior knowledge of Node.js, React, Postgres, and redis
- Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud services
- Strong understanding of distributed systems
- Passionate about mentoring junior engineers
- Master's Degree/Ph.D, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
